LOKAH is the bridging of the worlds of menstrual cycle education and ancient yogic tradition to facilitate a deeper inner understanding. Here, we promise to hold space for the love, the wild, the pain, the light, and the dark - the multidimensionality that is being a menstruator. Through weaving the learnings of our life’s devotion, we are here to be of service to women coming home to themselves.
